Bonita Unified School District Mission Statement:

Student Service Coordinator (Counselor):

Each San Dimas High School student is assigned a Student Services Coordinator whose role is to provide the student with information and guidance to assist in making appropriate education and career plans. Although the Student Services Coordinator will probably schedule a conference with each student some time during the school year, a student may initiate a request for additional conferences as needed. Requests may be made by filling out a "REQUEST TO SEE STUDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR" form in the Student Services Office.

Student Support Accountability Report Card (S.P.A.R.C.):

A countinous improvement tool used by the counseling department, which gives the school the opportunity to demonstrate effective communication skills and commitment.

Change of Address:
If at any time during the school year it becomes necessary for parents to change their home or mailing address or telephone number, please report this change immediately to the Registrar. This information is needed so that the student’s school record can be kept up to date.

Check-out procedure:
A student who wishes to check out of school must obtain a check-out form from the Registrar. It is requested that parents or guardians contact the school in order to officially complete the check-out procedure. You will also need to clear all financial obligations in the Finance Office as part of check-out.
