St. Jude's Elder Care, a residential elder care facility with several locations in San Dimas, is looking for volunteers to assist in entertaining activities with their senior residents. Duties include answering phones, filing, Facebook/Twitter updates, YouTube video creation and posts, mailings, and creating a chamber blog. Hours range from a few hours to a few hours a week. San Dimas Parks and Recreation Department - Volunteers can help by working on the day of a special event, or assisting with the behind the scenes preparation. Volunteers can help in a variety of program and activity areas. These include, Senior Citizens, Special Events, Youth Sports and Office Assistance.
