Welcome to San Dimas Royal Corps

San Dimas High School's Royal Corps is the largest organzation on campus!

The band is comprised of dedicated, high energy, talented, hard working students who enjoy team spirit and proudly represent San Dimas High School.

Since 2007, Mr. Daniel Sandt has served as band diretor. Under his direction, between 2007 and 2012, the marching band's focus was parades. We routinely won, "Sweepstakes" awards, earning the highest scores of any band.

In 2012, students decided they were ready for a change and we became a Field Show Band. Over the next few years, the band worked their way up through the competitive field, finally making the cut for Field Show Championships in 2018!

This year, 2021, we proudly welcome Mr. Lance Beckford as co-band director, alongside Mr. Sandt.

Mr. Beckford is a muisic educator and performer with a music career spanning 30 years. Mr. Beckford is also an SDHS Alumnus, was a member of the band, and after high school graduation, became the band assistant.
